Delivery Info
Most orders will ship within 3 – 5 working days of order being placed. Orders are shipped Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays. Orders are shipped subject to product availability and occasionally products may be out of stock and a delay in shipping may then result. If there is a delay, you will be contacted as soon as possible by email/phone to let you know the estimated date of availability. You will have the option to cancel your order if the revised date of availability is unsuitable.
Ireland and Northern Ireland Deliveries
All orders (excluding Gift Tokens) will be delivered using An Post Express Post with Signature service. Orders over €50 will not incur any delivery charges (excluding school uniforms). Orders below €50 will incur a delivery charge of €8.
Gift Tokens will be posted free of charge using An Post delivery service.
UK Parcel Deliveries
UK Parcel deliveries will be delivered using An Post Priority Parcel service. Orders up to 5kg will incur delivery charges of €9.50, orders from 5kg to 20kg will incur delivery charges of €13.50
Rest of Europe Parcel Deliveries
Rest of Europe Parcel deliveries will be delivered using An Post Priority Parcel service. Orders up to 1kg will incur delivery charges of €15 + €1.80 per additional kg.
USA/Rest of World Parcel Deliveries
USA/Rest of World Parcel deliveries will be delivered using An Post Courier Postal service. Delivery charges will be calculated by weight of order using the effective rates for this service as set by An Post and confirmed to you prior to dispatch of goods.
